E410 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and rules binding all users of the e410 platform. Please read carefully before using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026 | Version 2.0
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the e410 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use e410's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments will be taken as acceptance of those changes.
The e410 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above who are eligible under applicable local laws. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to have one account only on e410. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, with any funds held subject to review and possible forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank account details to be used for transactions.
All users are required to complete an identity verification process (KYC) before making their first withdrawal. Required documents include a valid Malaysian identity card. e410 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Your account password is your personal responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. e410 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your password confidential.
3. Platform Usage Rules
E410 users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or its users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or technical means to manipulate game outcomes or odds systems.
- Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised means, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate games in an unfair manner.
- Sending offensive, threatening, or harassing content to other users through the platform's communication channels.
E410 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting relevant cases to the appropriate authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on e410 — including deposits, withdrawals, and all forms of payment — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform does not accept foreign currency transactions directly. Any currency conversion, if it occurs, is outside e410's responsibility.
Accepted deposit methods include bank transfer via FPX, Boost e-wallet, Touch 'n Go, and other local payment methods listed in your account's deposit section. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for e-wallets and RM20 for bank transfers.
Withdrawals will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after the request is approved. The destination bank account must be in the same name as the e410 account holder. e410 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawals that require further verification for security or compliance reasons.
Any attempt to carry out transactions using unauthorised payment methods or third-party accounts without consent will result in your account being immediately suspended and the matter investigated.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
E410 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, loss of access, or data corruption.
Intellectual Property
All content on the e410 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of e410 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from e410.
Third-Party Links
The e410 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. e410 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk, and we encourage users to review the relevant third-party terms of service before use.
6. Account Policy, Term Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
E410 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is being used in violation of these terms, unlawfully, or in a manner that could compromise the security of the platform or other users. In cases of closure due to a breach, any funds in the account may be subject to detailed review before any refund is considered.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the e410 customer support team via live chat or our official email. All valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews have been completed.
Term Amendments
E410 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the official site. We encourage users to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the e410 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
